Client Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients in-store as well as remotely according to company and brand standards
  • Sell merchandise with a positive approach while applying company and brand sales techniques and knowledge
  • Provide a high level of service and create a luxury and memorable experience for the Customer
  • Clienteling- Follow up with client and continue to build and maintain a relationship when possible
  • Engage with client to get to know them while properly completing the Customer Information Form for each sales transaction
  • Correctly accept form of payment from the client and prepare all paperwork for the POS
  • Assist colleagues in any way in order to complete sales and satisfy client needs
  • Take initiative to do industry and brand research not only for brands that the company carries but also competitor or upcoming brands
  • Assist in taking inventory of merchandise and supplies in the store as well as setting up and breaking down of the store each day
  • Control quality and condition of merchandise at all times, while replacing any watch straps or batteries as needed and immediately reporting any losses or damages
  • Make recommendations to store management and/or buyers regarding merchandise needs
  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Acquire knowledge on statistics tracked by the company: e.g. Average Sales, Items Per Sale, Conversion Ratio. Understand the importance of these statistics for the improvement of own performance and the performance of the Store
  • Analyze own statistics in order to discuss these with store management in coaching conversations
  • Be aware of hotel occupancy statistics and/or any ongoing or upcoming activity within the hotels and/or shopping malls
  • Always maintain Company security procedures regarding the Store, the merchandise, the personnel and the sales transactions
  • Assist in upkeep and presentation in the store, including visual merchandising requirements of each brand and holiday displays
  • Attend to vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes going out to lunch and/or dinner with vendors upon request by the company
  • Actively participate in store and company meetings
  • Be proactive in brand trainings and apply acquired knowledge towards improvement of own daily performance and that of colleagues

IT Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Systems management and maintenance
  • Maintain network infrastructure
  • Apply Cyber Security best practices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all personnel
  • Install and troubleshoot various software in use within the company
  • Continuously assess and improve all systems and processes within the company
  • Give trainings on computer related matter to all personnel

Qualifications

  • In possession of high school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar IT role
  • Knowledge of Networking Infrastructures
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security Principles
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Broad knowledge of various other technologies (incl. SQL Databases, ERP Systems, POS Systems, Cloud Computing, Virtualization)
  • Well organized, accurate, able to prioritize, able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Assistant Manager Human Resources

The Opportunity

You will:

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance follow-ups
  • Act as liaison between management and employees across Stores and Office
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, Company policies, and procedures
  • Support trainings, employee events, and engagement initiatives
  • Support sickness & wellness management and vacation planning

This role requires a balanced presence in the field (Stores and Departments).

Your Profile

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • Knowledge of the social security and labor laws of Aruba
